Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our business — offering digital/virtual products and instant access — refunds are generally limited. However, we offer a 7 Day Full Refund Policy on our live workshops / events, calculated from the date of purchase.
Memberships, Subscriptions & Upgrades
Upgrades and higher-level memberships (including software subscriptions) are based on your experience in the course. By this stage, you are aware of the quality of our services. Therefore, refunds are not available on these purchases.
Community access and membership programs (e.g., private groups, councils, leadership memberships) are non-refundable.
Any refund request after 7 days from purchase of the live workshop will not be entertained.
How to Request a Refund

We will issue you a full refund — no questions asked.
